I have researched this page using www.us.imdb.com and "Who's Who On Television" by Anthony Hayward. Pub. 1996. I hope the list is complete but if you have details on anything that doesn't appear in the list please email me and let me know. Additionally if you have any further information on John's roles in the various shows also let me know and I will include them on the site. Most of John's TV appearances have been as DI Ross in Taggart, which are covered by the Taggart section on this site, but below is, I hope a comprehensive list of the rest!! I am hoping to continue my research into his different roles and include a review of each but remember if you can help with any please do!!

With a voice like John's ie one you could listen to all day, he is kept very busy doing voice overs for TV programmes, adverts etc. He has leant his voice to anything from a documentary about James Hunt to Audi cars and from Pearl Harbour to the Pentium Four Processor! Give yourselves five minutes, sit back, turn up the speakers on your PC and visit www.yaketyyak.co.uk/Celebs%20pages/JohnMichie.htm. Listen and drift away............. More recently he has provided voice overs on trailers for 'Panorama' and 'Sea Of Souls' and he voiced the BBC week long nature programme 'Amazon Abyss' |
